Not Covered by OHIP

The Ministry of Health covers all insured medically necessary services provided by physicians, however, it does not pay for services they deem not medically necessary.  It is the patient's responsibility to pay for the following uninsured services.

Due to an unfortunate trend of no-shows, we will be enforcing a no-show fee policy, effective immediately.

We understand that you may have had some unavoidable situation or personal reason for missing your doctor's appointment.  However, we request you to inform us of any changes in your appointment at your earliest convenience.  

Our doctors have an empty slot whenever you miss an appointment and we cannot use the open slots to serve other patients if we do not have adequate notice.

Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will now have a fee of $50 for missed regular appointments and $80 for missed annual physicals.

Please note, the Peace of Mind Block Fee previously offered has been discontinued during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
